Export License & Sourcing

Before any gold leaves the sourcing country, we secure all required export documentation and licenses from the relevant government authorities. This includes mineral export permits, country-of-origin certificates, and any bilateral trade documentation required under UAE import regulations.

International Shipping
Insured, secured, and fully documented.
Gold is transported via insured, secured international freight under our direct management. We coordinate with specialist precious metals logistics providers and maintain unbroken chain of custody documentation throughout transit. All shipments are fully insured against loss, damage, and theft.

UAE Import & Customs
In-house clearance. No intermediaries.
Upon arrival in the UAE, we manage all import procedures and customs clearance directly. Our team handles every declaration, duty assessment, and compliance requirement with UAE Federal Customs Authority. No third-party customs brokers — our team owns this process entirely.

Security Transport
Armored transfer to the refinery.
Following UAE customs clearance, the bullion is transferred to an accredited security company for armored transport directly to the refinery. The handover is documented and the shipment remains fully insured throughout this stage. GPS tracking and armed escort are standard.

Refinery Smelting
Processed to international purity standards.
The gold is processed at a licensed UAE refinery, where it is smelted and prepared for assay analysis. The refinery operates to LBMA-aligned international purity standards. Smelting consolidates the material into standardized bar form, ready for precise weight and purity measurement.

Assay Report & Settlement
You pay only against verified data.
The accredited refinery issues a certified assay report confirming the exact purity and weight of the processed gold. This report is the sole basis for your payment obligation. There is no ambiguity — the settlement amount is determined entirely by independently verified, certified data from the refinery.
